Work Package 9

Share & Engage

WP9 uses the full potential of our European and global partners to disseminate results from Cities@Heart and achieve disruptive change across the spectrum of CVD awareness, prevention, detection and management.

Leaders

Work Package 9 is co-led by the European Society of Cardiology and the World Heart Federation with support from Collaborate Project Management and Daiichi Sankyo. 

Objectives

To develop and implement a communication strategy for project activities.

To disseminate scientific findings to stakeholders.

To engage and empower citizens as active partners to reduce CVD burden.
